Together, we’ll plan product selection, placement, funding and replenishment. Final equipment and service details are confirmed with each workplace.

How a proposed assortment becomes your opening collection

Use your shortlist to start the conversation. We’ll choose a balanced mix of familiar favorites and discovery options, check pack dimensions and machine compatibility, then agree on pricing, availability, placement and replenishment with your building or workplace.

Fresh from Local Partners: storage and service

Fresh items are menu concepts, with no confirmed supplier implied. Each selection needs an agreed local supplier, suitable equipment, ingredient and allergen labeling, supplier-set use-by dates, and a replenishment plan. Refrigerated items require a maintained cold chain. Heat-and-eat items also need microwave access.

Care Station packs and everyday essentials

Pack contents, brands, sizes, packaging and machine capacity will be selected with each partner. Individually packaged essentials can supplement the five Care Station pack concepts. Any optional premium add-ons are confirmed separately.
